Warranty

Products made prior to June 2022 1.5oz and larger are warrantied for 3 years from manufacture date (found marked on canister) for manufacture defects ONLY.  Products manufactured after June 1, 2022 feature an expiration date.

11-gram and 15-gram individual canisters and keychains are warrantied for 2 years from manufacture date for products manufactured prior to June 1, 2022(found marked on canister or keychain hard-shell) for manufacture defects ONLY.  Products manufactured after June 1, 2022 feature an expiration date.

Manufacture defects do not include items that are abused, lost, damaged by being altered or products that fail to perform due to being improperly stored, such as kept in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time.

Items that fall under warranty due to manufacture defects must have been purchased directly through Fox Labs via www.foxlabs.com or our official Amazon and eBay webstores in order to receive a fully covered refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are only covered under warranty replacement for defeive products only. 

Products purchased through any unauthoried third party resellers are not covered by Fox Labs policies regarding warranty replacement or any exchanges/returns.

RETURN POLICY

Damaged Products Policy*

Fox Labs® products that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.

*This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer.  Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty. 

Change of Heart Policy

We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order.  Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full.  Returns of shipped products are accepted if Fox Labs is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.  Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition.  All “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.

*No used sprays can be returned for any reason other than defective issues for which refund or replacement will be at the sole discretion of Fox Labs.

Prior to making any return you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside shipping carton. Additionally, please place a copy of any correspondence regarding your return inside the carton. To obtain a RMA number, please contact customer service.
